Villarobles is made up of seven residential neighborhoods, each one with particular characteristics, distributed on both sides of a two-way Parque Avenue that functions as a trunk circulation network and along its three thousand meters of winding route, will connect the largest service infrastructure of the entire Atlantic coast.

At the NW end, on the Interbalnearia route number 11, is the access to the town. About 500 meters away, the Golf Club will be located on a natural platform 8 meters high that gives it a 360-degree panoramic view of the 18 holes and part 72 that make up the course suitable for international tournaments.

Shortly after, there is the Sports Center: an open soccer stadium with regulatory measures for professional practice, and a training field; both adaptable for rugby and hockey. On the opposite side are the swimming pool and the 8 tennis courts. The sector is nucleated by its own Club House with all services.

On the SE end of the route and at the end of the circulation road, there is a large central area that reaches the seashore. This area will house the commercial village with an office hub, a bilingual school, a seven-star hotel and a beach club with three inns.

This area is completed with multi-family housing buildings and hotel villas that, through their amphitheater-like distribution, make up an important open area for common use, ranked by the views and the sound of the sea.
